Winter Storm 2008
For the first time this year Andante sponsored drums for Winter Storm 2008 which took place on 11th-13th January in Kansas City, Missouri.
There was a great turn out with about 350 students and 150 competitors.
After the winners were announced at the standing-room-only awards ceremony, the competitors choose their drums backstage from an array of drums.
The Top 3 Snare Drummers (Professional, Grade 1, and Grade 2) all choose the Andante Drum.
The Intermediate as well as Novice winners of amateur Bass and amateur Tenor also received Andante Basses (2) and Andante Tenors (2).
